Да-да, именно так, т.е. в том числе и неравенство, хотя, казалось бы, применительно к английскому оригиналу equation такой эквивалент недопустим. В этом может убедиться каждый, кто просмотрит две-три серьезные статьи с развернутыми математическими выкладками.
